Ranking My Films Noir

Fedoras, Femme Fatales, Cigarettes and Dirty Rats: What began as a ranked list of the films noir I have seen to date, is morphing into a list of films noir that I’ve seen as I am not able to reorder each entry. Although I haven’t included any proto or neo noir or color films in this list, I have chosen to include non American films.
