Top-10 Films of 2010

2010 was a melting pot of ideas and themes from the previous decade, put on display in one final hurrah. An appropriate way for the 2010s to begin, a base on which to build a new decade of excellent films.

Each of my top-10 have heavy ties to the 2000s whether it be individual movies or movements themselves generated from the 1990s, and while some just do their inspirations justice, others exceed the high expectations brought by them. Just as the 2000s took advantage of globalization bringing new and exciting ideas to cinema my top-10 features 10 unique films, each with their own ideas and execution.
