Sea’s the protagonist, merciless yet the only source of sustenance for Nazaré’s people.The Birth-life-death cycle is told via two men: António (strong and courageous) & his brother Manuel (weak and cowardly) but also by the cry of lament of the woman on the beach silently mourning her lost children.
