Windfall God is secretly in love with Angel of Nine Heavens who has eyes only for St Michael. After the latter two are banished from Heaven, Windfall travels to Earth to find the reincarnation of Angel. He’s helped by masseuse Beautiful who asks him help win money at gambling.
