The tiny nation of Freedonia is on the brink of revolution and Rufus T. Firefly—a cynical, sarcastic dictator who refuses to play politics by the book—is appointed as president. Meanwhile, the neighboring country of Sylvania sends in two spies to obtain top secret information. War seems inevitable.
