“I thought nobody would ever see it. My agent said, 'Just do it.' And then, of course, the films took on a life of their own. They became a sort of growing cult and I was known as the horror queen of the Eighties. I feel better about it now. It's also changed - it's more okay to do horror now. At the time I didn't put those films on my CV.”
