“The actors can not be rude It is necessary to gently suggest to them their demands until they get the desired result The actor is often distorted view of the character, and as a director, I play the role of judge and am bringing them to the right path, if they lost I can not work, concentrating my attention only on one actor or Technology I have to interest them, to engage in the process, to then give them some freedom, but not complete freedom, it would lead to disastrous results! I must direct their energies in a certain direction, which makes such an interesting director We must give the actors the opportunity to open up, to show his best side, but send them to the end result was such as you want”
