“I do sense a responsibility to represent the Asian American or just Asians in general in media in being accurately portraying myself. I’ve always never been a fan of doing stereotypes so especially doing [Seoul Searching] and seeing how people are reacting to it and taking it in is.. I’m very prideful, I’m very proud of this film and I have this responsibility to continue to carry that torch.”
