“Going from The Office and then suddenly I went to Hollywood and was making Pirates of the Caribbean and I realised that I’m not that comfortable doing big movies. And this cottage industry of making my own little sitcom for BBC4 is where I feel a lot more comfortable. So that’s a relief to think, ‘Ah yeah, this is what I want to do. I don’t want to be in Pirates of the Caribbean 5.’”
