“You have to know everything, and it happens that you have to gain the trust of the person you have in front of you, a person who has no idea of what you are doing exactly. And then you have to understand their knowledge and skills. At that point I get enthusiastic as they do. I am filming their lives. The people I am shooting are not doing a creative job, they’ are doing what they do everyday and what they will probably never change. And they do this really well.”
