A completely subjective list of films that should get more respect and attention. Most of these I only discovered because of my never-ending journey though the rabbit hole that is mubi, so I thought I’d give you guys a heads up about these hidden gems.

And yes, some of these are available through Criterion, etc., so they’re starting to get more credit. Yay!
