In the last summer days of 2007, Nikki and Nade are 16 and are in love. Nikki is Bulgarian, and Nade is Roma. Everyone in the village is against their relationship. Facing the prejudice and hatred of the adults, Nikki and Nade try to spend their final days together before Nikki returns to Belgium.
