Frank Riker is a cop who gets the job done but unfortunately, causes a lot of damage to do it. After 11 years, the city thinks that it has had enough of Frank Riker. He faces the possibility of being dismissed or being assigned a desk job. An old friend offers him the proposal to work for him.
