Cargo co-editor Ekkehard Knörer has been doing such a bang-up job rounding up reviews in German and English, plus one French tweet — he's even adding links to each of the Letras de Cine grades — that any rounding up I could do here would not only be superfluous but also pale in comparison. I'll simply add that, of all the film's coming out of this year's edition of Cannes so far, Christoph Hochhäusler's The City Below is one of the few now on my personal must-see list.
