Short horror film based on the Edgar Alla Poe story. Young Egaeus grows up in a gloomy mansion with his cousin Berenice. He suffers from a type of obsessive disorder, a monomania that makes him fixate on objects. Berenice suffers from a unspecified illness which he refers to as a “trance”.
