Two brothers discover they are long-lost princes of a South Sea island paradise now ruled by Col. Chi, a demented despot who is half-man, half-machine. The boys become surf ninjas in order to bring freedom to their homeland, with the help of some ancient magic and an assortment of oddball allies!
