Anarchy in Marx lands, research on subversive cinema from the communistic satellites

I am carrying out a research activity on subversive and politically on the verge cinema from the communistic blocks. Being well informed on Polish new wave and experimentally driven filmmakers, such as Jerzy Skolimowski and Andrej Zulawski in their early ages, I am in the process of discovering Czech and Yugoslavian freaks, such as Vera Chytilova and Dusan Makavejev. “Is there anything that came out from Hungary?” is a question I would love to have an answer.

Recommendations are welcome.
