I am attempting to compile an extensive list of MY favorite films by decade. These lists will of course be changing and expanding as I see more and more and more and more films. These are films that I adore and could not possibly imagine ever living without seeing over and over again. I am going to limit myself to 20 for each decade and only 2 films by one director for each decade, just so I can have some diversity. I could do the standard 100 films, but I don’t even know if 100 would be enough! VIVE L’CINEMA!

NOTE: This decade was by far the most difficult for me to limit to only 20 as the 1960s are my favorite decade in cinema.
